Scarlet & Violet Ultra Rare 032/198 Arcanine EX Bug

Hello,

I was playing a few minutes ago. The opponent got 2 energies on the Arcanine EX and still used his 3 fire energy attack.

  Was Charizard from Pokémon Go in play? That has an Ability which doubles Fire Energy.
