There's the billions of logos (including GameFreak's) on Leon's cape and billboards in at least Levincia and Lumiose.

I don't have any idea, but maybe it's similar to the mottos every town/city/village/etc. has? Similar to Lumiose being "the city of light," Aspertia being "A city that reaches for the sky," etc.
