Should Ninetales gain Fairy Typing?
I bring this up because Ninetales has been around since the Franchise's inception. During this time, players have speculated as to whether Ninetales should gain a secondary typing and usually it's Psychic, Dark or Ghost based on its Pokédex entries or movepool. Yet I'm here to say it should be Fairy for two distinct reasons. 1) It'd be the first Fire/Fairy type in the game, a deserving honor to an original 151. 2) It'd match its regional variant in Alolan Ninetales in obtaining Fairy as a secondary typing when evolving from Vulpix. Keep in mind, Alolan Ninetales is the LONE Ice/Fairy type in the game so Kanto Ninetales would keep the tradition of being the LONE Fire/Fairy type.

Loving the suggestion @Lonestar85! 😁
Curious to hear what others say.3 -
Yes, tbh I really wanted Fairy, but it's not likely to happen.

By now, it won't happen. But when Fairy released, they wouldn't have been a half-bad opportunity.

Anyone else want to chime in? Probably other Pokemon that could warrant a secondary typing or perhaps a change in Typing altogether?

Drudegon (spelling probably wrong) feels like it should be part Fighting instead of pure Dragon
I feel like Blastoise should get a second type only because the other two are dual and I think it should be part Steel
Samurott should be part Steel. I always thought it was and was completely surprised when I was told it's not
Lastly, Rillaboom feels like it should either have Fighting or Dark added
