I'm assuming set up on IPad ia the same as the phone, but I don't know
In the phone, though, when you type a comment in the bottom left corner of the box you type in are 3 symbols
A backwards P with a line
A rectangle with < > inside it
And a square with lines in it
Click the backwards P
It will make a bunch of other symbols
Click the quotations
The one you want is Toggle Block
On the computer, the backwards P will be next to the box you type in
