Should we do Pokémon D&D?

It's OK if our characters do bad things, right?
I'll be Ashes the Fennekin. Ashes' backstory is that they used to be from a poor but still well off enough to survive, caring family, but were disowned and kicked out for trying to steal something very important (you can pick what it was, it could be something related to Legendaries or the plot). Ashes is full of greed and wants nothing less than everything that catches their eye. Ashes is a traveller who keeps stealing items and not paying for anything because they can't bear to give away any of their precious belongings, whether it's selling an item or giving money. Ashes' favourite toy as a kid, full of emotional significance to them as they bought it as a kid with their own savings from doing chores and helping people, was stolen and then destroyed when they were young after they left it with a friend, which led to them never wanting to let other people handle their things ever again, and the issues just got worse as they grew. Ashes has a secret cave full of gold and riches, but will never tell anyone its location.
Ashes is very energetic and likes to run and play tricks. Their favourite food is Cheri berries. Ashes dislikes making friends, sharing, drinking plain water, mazes, and Sitrus berries.

So my Alolan Vulpix(name: Beira) was hatched into a litter of 6. Being the oldest, she often felt obligated to watch over her younger siblings. This resulted in taking on fights that she otherwise would avoid. Her parents were gifted casters of Ice and the talent to do so was passed down to each of their children but none more so than Beira, who mastered Powder Snow not long after hatching and was the only one to possess the means to whip up a Snowstorm upon entering a battle. This unique ability was often utilized to save her siblings from a foe as they blended quite well in the snowstorms she created. Her desire to exceed her parents in everything Ice is her current goal and perhaps even delving into an inner magic that even they don't possess.
With respect to the name, it comes from Gaelic Mythology. Beira is the Queen of Winter and being an Ice Sorceress seems rather fitting.

Figure I'd add, I did sheepishly consider naming her Elsa. I blame my nieces for that though… ugh. The amount of times I had to watch Frozen(and its sequel) years ago has melted parts of my brain. Yet I think Beira is more fitting. I'd also add that Beira is the only one in her family that can generate a Snowstorm at will(Snow Warning ability). Noting this rare gift, her parents suggested that Beira go on a journey to seek out a master to maximize her potential. Along the way she met up with Ashes and Blaze(and whomever else decides to join) since traveling alone can be rather dangerous. Given their propensity for Fire, Beira has made a mental note to be behind them to lessen the chance of friendly fire but will defend them if necessary.
