What's Your Favorite Pokémon of Each Type?

Fire: Delphox (as soon as I saw Fennekin revealed when X/Y was releasing, I knew exactly which starter I was taking…I was one of the few who was not upset by the final evolution)
Water: Lapras (I've never not loved Lapras, it's a great pokemon with great lore and a wonderful design)
Grass: Trevenant (a Haunted tree that cares for pokemon and nature? I love everything about that)
Electric: Luxray (this was also tough because I love Luxray, Pachirisu, and Magnezone equally, but I always tried to get a Luxray on my team)
Flying: Altaria (this was tough because I also love Noivern but Altaria is definitely my favorite flying type)
Steel: Aggron (no contest here, anytime I've ever had an aggron on my team, he was one of the strongest…especially in his mega form)
Ghost: Froslass (another Japanese myth inspired pokemon, based on the Yuki-onna of japanese lore and myth…which is bonus points with me)
Poison: Arbok or Seviper (love the sneks)
Dark: Zoroark (once again, love the design and lore behind it)
Normal: Eevee (adorable? Check, fluffy? Check, unlimited potential? Check check and double check)
Ground: Camerupt (I love Camerupt…slow, tanky, and just so cool…have a mega camerupt in my Z-A team named Clyde, never the fastest…but usually the toughest)
Fairy: Sylveon (I have loved Sylveon since it debuted in Gen 6, it is my favorite eeveelution and fairy type)
Fighting: Pangoro and Kommo-o (tie here simply because I love their designs)
Ice: Alolan Ninetales (sorry Glaceon, my icon speaks for itself)
Dragon: Salamence (the truest dragon to ever dragon)
Psychic: Alolan Raichu (surfing raichu without surf but psychic power)
Bug: Ribombee (an adorable bug with a scarf of justice)
Rock: Lycanroc Midday form (rock pup)

Thanks and yes, eevee is the perfect normal type and no one can change my mind
I do have to ask…why did you put Samurott as a steel type? It's only water or water /dark if it's in its hisuian form. I mean he could be a steel type if you terrastallized him

If terastallization counts, then I'm without a doubt going to cheat.
Fire: Grookey
Water: Thwackey
Electric: Rillaboom
Flying: Mew
Steel: Magikarp
Ghost: Spinda
Poison: Minun
Dark: Alolan Exeggutor
Normal: Phantump
Ground: Missingno
Fairy: Wooper
Fighting: Arceus (I'm not counting the plate form)
Ice: Giratina
Dragon: Fennekin
I'm too lazy to finish the list.

Don't know why my last reply to this hasn't shown up yet(guess it doesn't like the media link I had? meh…). Had my old post "worked", would have showcased everything in a simple jpeg that I had uploaded years ago to imgur(aka a hosting site). So… figure I'll just transcribe it into Text I suppose so without further ado… my list:
Grass: Bulbasaur; mostly influenced by the Anime here but I've always liked its design.
Fire: Vulpix; need I explain this choice?
Water: Lapras; I have a soft spot for Ice types and this bulky Water Pokémon is a reward for defeating rival in Saffron.
Normal: Eevee; mostly due to the fact it can evolve into w/e you want it to be. If I had to pick an actual Normal type to fight with, I'd probably go with Snorlax here.
Electric: Pikachu; I honestly have no favorites here but is mostly influenced by the fact I have Pokémon Yellow, hence starter bias.
Psychic: Meowstic; X/Y Anime had a big influence on this pick. Olympia's Gym Battle is easily in my top 3 given its a double battle.
Fighting: Hariyama; I forget why I picked this bulky boy years ago but the Gen 9 Anime definitely rekindled it.
Rock: Kabutops; Kleavor before he was a thing.
Ground: Sandshrew; Dig the Shrew, hence why TM28 always goes to him
Flying: Pidgeot; Not the strongest Pokémon to use but in the early game can help beat Brock and Misty via Sand Attack if you don't have the usual options available. Shame he didn't get much screentime in the Anime(Faulkner don't count).
Bug: Butterfree; I'm a sucker for Butterfly Pokémon and I'm not the only one either(Rebecca from Let Me Explain Studios does too).
Poison: Nidoqueen; The King gets all the attention but the Queen is really good. Gen 1 Body Slam anyone?
Dark: Umbreon; Great design with Anime Gary opting for this.
Ghost: Gengar; Another solid design but I really dislike the Trade Evolution mechanic.
Ice: Alolan Vulpix; cough Best Pokémon cough
Steel: Steelix; another Trade Evolution but one that I really like from a design standpoint. It's Mega isn't half bad either.
Dragon: Turtonator; Anime influenced this one a bit but Fire/Dragon is actually pretty good.
Fairy: Sylveon; All hail the queen of Fairies.
