Are we not getting 3 free packs with each set release.

You will get an email with a code for 3 packs in each new set if you are signed up to get marketing emails. But there is a glitch where some people do not get the marketing emails, even if they are signed up. If you are signed up for these emails & do not get any emails (give it a a week), then unsubscribe & resubscribe to these emails. Repeat this until you start receiving the emails.

Btw a bit after asking the question i got the email so yeah.

no they just take your old card get rid of them and then give you junk cards and a junk new game that you cant have fun with because there's only one good deck and if you don't have it you loose every game
