How to make this deck better

I have been using this deck for over a year and have come a long way but something is missing. My deck is all about cycling energies into my Chein-Pao and obliterating the opponent.

2x Wellspring Mask Ogerpon EX PRE (For attacking bench weak bench)

1x Boss's Orders (For taking out EX's before they get powered up)

1x Cyrano SSP (In case Chein-Pao is not in play (always good to have two and a Wellspring mask ogerpon in play)

1x Earthen Vessel any set (Grabbing energies fast)

4x Chein-Pao Ex PAL (Getting energies fast and stacking faster to fill up the discard pile)

2x Varoom any set (Set up Revaroom)

1x Revaroom SVI (Cycling energies and the hand for vital cards and using Chein paos ability to always be able to use it, and night stretcher if it gets KOed)

3x Frigibax any set (To set up Baxcaliber)

3x Baxcaliber PAL (To get energies on the pokemon as fast as possible)

3x Rare Candies any set (to evolve Frigibax into Baxcaliber)

16x Water Energies any set (To power up the pokemon)

3x Professor's Research any set (To get more cards faster and can always be used since there are minimal supporters)

2x Boxed orders TEF (To get energy retrievals and superior energy retrievals late game and nest balls early game)

1x Calamitous Snowy Mountain PAL (For Fun)

2x Energy Retrieval any set (To get energies discarded by Chein-Pao fast)

3x Nest Balls any set (To get Frigibax, Varoom, Chein-Pao in a pinch)

1x Lanas Aide TWM (It's just good to get Bacaliber back if he gets knocked same with Revaroom)

4x Night Stretcher any set (Because things that are important get knocked out)

1x Pal Pad SVI (To grab Boss's Orders again using some other cards)

2x Superior Energy Retrieval PAL (To grab more energies then get rid of all but one and then use Revarooms ability to get more)

1x Ciphermaniac's Codebreaking PRE (Good Card after using Pal Pad and for getting Frigibax/Baxcaliber on the top of the deck then use Revaroom's ability to gram those cards)

3x Ultra Ball any set (Just a need to have card in every deck)

2x Mesagoza SVI (Early Game if I can't draw anything)

Thank you and please leave suggestions! My dream is to one day go into Regionals.

So I think I got all of that

I didn't see a Max Rod, which would be good to get Pokémon and Energies from your discard straight to your hand

Maybe a couple Arven as well to get your Trainer cards

    Also, some Powerglass

    That's all!

    The deck looks great, though!

you should do a test with mega kangkasan. for the draw power. but im not saying a permanent card but just a test to see if it works.

That's a very good deck. I would consider adding a max rod, or maybe a prime catcher. Your chocie. I also think, but I'm not sure, but a dawn might be a good addition or brock's scouting. Along with a fezandipit ex. I also think that since you got chin pao, I would try taking out two professor's research and put in two lillies determination. Discard isn't always good. Its easy to deck youself. One more thing. Chin pao and wellspirng ogerpon wants to be fast. So, you might want a different card draw engine since revaroom is usually on the slower side. I play a lot of chin pao and I personally like to use dunsparce and dudunsparce. Although that may not be much faster. Arven may be good, and power glass. That is my take on it. I hope this helps.
