Cards you think that need to be rotated out
I'll start
Munkidori, Fezendipity EX, and Dark terra charizard
They're too strong with their abilities…when V-star pokemon were still in rotation, it was fine because at least it was a little balanced, but nowadays everyone runs them because of how strong their abilities are
We're four sets in since their debuts…think about that…four new sets…Prismatic Evolutions…Rivaled destiny…Black and White…and now Mega evolutions
I could be wrong there but it's been awhile and a rotation is severely needed

i agree with zerofo3384. pokemon is making too many overpowered decks and pokemon, and litterly all decks i see nowadays are the venasaur and the charizard deck. here are some cards i think should be rotated out
mega lucario ex (130 damage for one energy and also attaches energy)
dragaput ex ( 200 damage plus 60 on benched for two energy)
mega venesaur (almost 400 hp!)
teal mask ogrepon ( can add 2 energy in one turn)
and the worst part, with belgium (ability doubles grass energy) you can make just a monster deck with teal mask and venasaur combined. its just too much

maybe not the mega evolutions since they are still relatively new but some EX pokemon and some ability pokemon definitely

Yes! Get charizard out of here! So sick of playing against it constantly. An i feel the same way, they make these overpowered cards an its not balanced an then everyone uses them. Its boring having to face same deck all the time

yeah i guess youre right. but still, they are VERY overpowered.

Technical Machine: Evolution/Energy and Forest of Vitality... those cards make the game too easy and makes it lower skill oriented.

There's nothing less skillfull about cards that assist evolution decks, without them you'd just see a meta dominated by big basics gets Mewtwo EX flashbacks.
If you're having trouble beating Venusaur or Lucario I'd suggest learning the match ups better, they have under 1% meta share combined for a reason.

i think if they did that it would just be the same as expanded format but a little different. i like standard format because they get rotated out if they don't then every one will play the same deck forever.

If you make stage 1/2 super easy to get online, it's almost the same as if they were "big" basics, basically take one extra turn (in some cases not even that, due to energy requirements)... but stage 1/2 are in general much stronger than basics... look at Charizard ex, Gardevoir ex, Dragapult ex, etc.
It just helps the same old decks to keep on top... If the cards I mentioned didn't exist the meta would be more diverse, it's boring going against the same old decks... and the same skilless strategy, go 2nd instant evolve, bla bla...
And if we are talking about Forest of Vitality an extra turn may not be even needed... same repetitive skilless strategy...

I honestly hate rotation, but some cards do need to come out. I think munkadoria, gardevoir ex, and dark charizard need to come out.
