Hi this glitch is causing me to not get Charizard X and is causing me to lose progress in mission

As you are gonna see in the screenshot this bug happened because i was doing research in the Charizard X event screen and i got pulled it matchmaking making the button go permanently grey and I can't start to research on the other body parts and this is causing me to lose progress. I would like to recieve the pokemon unite license of this pokemon at the minimum if i am unable to start progress on this mission as soon as possible or in case the event expires. Please see to it.
