Is 4 the minimum in a deck or less?

    Four is the maximum number of a specific card you may have in a deck, except you may include as many basic energy as you would like. So yes, you can have anywhere from 0 to 4 Vengeful Punch, but after that, you’ve hit your cap and can’t add a fifth.

    Yes, you may have up to 4 of most cards, the exceptions being Radiant Pokémon (you may only play one total) Ace Specs (same as Radiants) and basic energy (up to 59 total)
