What if Will Butler in Detective Pikachu Returns has framed Mewtwo because for his crimes?

What's up, guys? In Detective Pikachu Returns, I'm just wanting to know what if Will Butler has framed Mewtwo because he has falsely accused it of all his crimes for which it didn't do? What do you think might happen? Please let me know, thanks.😉

    There would be little effect, to be honest. Public opinion of Mewtwo was already filled with wariness, so to frame Mewtwo for any various crime wouldn't really change their view on it.

    Keep in mind that the only reason Butler framed Pokémon was so he would have an excuse to arrest them, even if they already were partnered with the people of Ryme City. Attempts have been made to restrain and control Mewtwo in the game, but they were always unsuccessful, so even if Butler used some false evidence to get a warrant for Mewtwo's arrest, it wouldn't work.

    @clasingla Then he wouldn’t have to frame Mewtwo; he would just need to find a way to catch it.
