Should I evolve my Riolu on pokemon go?

I hatched a Riolu on pokemon go and recently reached enough rare candy to evolve it. The problem is I don't know what lvl it will be if I evolved it, so I used and evolution calculator. I put in the stats and IVs and it said that it would be 1499 if evolved but I'm not sure how trustworthy those calculators are. Btw its IVs are 9/9/9 and its lvl 522. Thoughts?
