v2.0: What about a Pokkén Tournament sequel or spiritual successor?

Right after New Pokémon Snap, do you think that Nintendo, Bandai Namco and The Pokemon Company will have plans to announce Pokkén Tournament sequel or spiritual successor? Why?

Given that it involves another franchise and company, making another one may be more complex given that they have to work with external developers and obtain rights to another brand to release it.
I could see another updated or enhanced version on the next console, just as the Switch port was for the Wii-U version. A sequel is a bigger ask, but not impossible. The concept could certainly be expanded further.
