Troubleshooting on Illustration Contest Submission

So I have been trying to submit an artwork for Illustration contest 2024.

And it seems like I can upload an image only within 3MB.

However given the image size template that was provided by the contest site, it is impossible for me to reduce the size down to 3MB without having to affect the overall quality of the artwork.

Is there any way to do this? Is it just me or is anyone having same issue as me.

    Try opening the illustration embedded in the card template on Adobe Photoshop, and under the File menu, select "Save for Web". Make sure to select either PNG or JPEG as the file format in the window that opens before hitting save. You should then have a good quality image with a small file size.

    I think that another user was having a problem with this. I think his name was AndTom or something...
