Clarity about iOS version

It would be really nice if we could get some clarity from the devs about what’s going on with the iOS version of the app. I’ve been checking every day since February 22 to see if the iOS version is available yet, but I’ve also heard that Apple doesn’t allow beta tests on the App Store. The messaging from the Pokémon company seemed to be pretty clear that us Canadian players would get the opportunity to try the app on iOS before the full release, but that is seeming less and less likely.
It would be really appreciated if the devs could either let us know that the beta is still coming to iOS and maybe give a time line or just say “hey iOS players you’re going to have to wait until the full release.”
