[Pokémon TCG Live] Maintenance Notice

Pokémon TCG Live will be offline for maintenance from 16:00 ~ 24:00 (UTC) on November 11, 2025.
The Code Card Redemption Website will also be briefly offline from 16:00 ~ 19:00 during the above maintenance window.

What happens to progress when you migrate?

If I play TCG-Live using my existing TCG-Online account but DO NOT migrate, I'll get some progress in the game, e.g. level, get cards, packs, coins, crystals, etc... then when it comes to the time I decide to migrate what will happen to that progress and items? Will it be wiped out by the migration or will the migration just merge everything together?

    Merging accounts is not a wise decision at this time.

    cards more than 4 will dispear.

    you can not go back to ptcgol.

    @Bornin985 I understand all that, I was asking because I didn't want to spend time progressing in TCGL only to have any progress made, card obtained, etc... wiped out when I do eventually decide or get forced to migrate.

    ATM the game needs a lot more work, there are so many bugs and it is particularly bad on mobile/tablet, so I would certainly not want to migrate any time soon.
