Scizor needs help

I don’t know why Scizor of all Pokémon is not being used more often. It has decent bulk, good damage output and the ability to heal with Bullet Punch.

Too much cc in the game makes it hard to actually get a hit with not enough reward for doing so.

Range attackers got mobility , and enough burst to make it have no impact. The most attackers get high cc timers.
