Big: Please fix Zacian metal claw

First it definitely attacks wrong thing. It will attack pokemon instead of opponent

Targetting is so wonky. It sometimes attacks air

The buffed on metal claw doesn't work sometimes like when Blastoise does it's ultimate. If you hit opponent with metal claw you won't get increase attack speed. This goes for some other pokemon
