Can't get app to load

At 37/41 on load screen, pop-up window appears with Pokemon TCG logo and white exclamation point in red triangle with green progress bar on bottom and green progress bar runs to completion and then app shuts down. Cannot get app to move beyond this point. This started after 12/5/2023 update. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and repairing to no avail. Anyone else experience this issue and, if so, how did you resolve it?
