Balanced shouldn't be based on whinny attackers mains

How is okay what has happened to be bear?

Dropped into the bottom because attackers just complaining they cannot melee any all rounder?

How about balance? What counters each pokemon? How is affected by cc. How are the cooldowns? How strong is this Pokemon at top mid and bottom experience of player. It shouldn't take the best the player in the world to make a Pokemon okayish to use

Is the biggest reason all rounddrs are hard nerfed because we lack defenders in the game? Could all rounders get attackers so easily if more defenders options existed?
