How do I use basic energy cards in discard pile that have blue arrow underneath them?

In my discard pile, I had 2 basic dark energy cards that had a blue glowing arrow beneath them, prompting me to use them, but I couldn’t figure out how.

This is a bug, I haven't seen it in a long time though. It's because there are other cards in the game like Grant that you can select from the discard. If this happens just restart your game.

just ignore the arrow and continue with the game.
