What are your favorite Pokémon games? (Updated)
My favorite Pokémon games:
- Pokémon Legends Arceus: I love this game so much, the Sinnoh region of the past (in this case Hisui), starting options that I love, regional Pokémon that I love and not to mention that Hisui is very comfortable
- Pokémon Scarlet/Violet: I love this game so much, practically all my favorite Pokémon are in this game, the DLC (both parts) really surprised me, I'm very excited, and I really love it, it's very surprising
Pokémon Black/White and Black 2/White 2: I love Unova so much, Unova's Pokémon really left an impression on me, the change of seasons in the game, the story, the soundtrack and much more
PokéPark 2: Wonders Beyond: I don't know how to explain how much this game impacted me and how special it is to me, the story, the friendships we make with the Pokémon in this game, even the PokéPark that has welcoming areas
Pokémon Gold/Silver/Cristal and Pokémon HeartGold/SoulSilver: I really love Johto, a comfortable region, I love Johto's connection with Kanto, in addition to the region's Pokémon, and also the games' soundtrack
Pokémon Stadium ( 1 and 2): I really love Pokémon Stadium, battling my favorite Pokémon, enjoying the minigames, it's a lot of fun, and I love seeing that it was the first Pokémon game that expanded Pokémon into 3D for the first time
Pokémon Sword/Shild: I love the soundtrack, the Galar region and the Pokémon camp

It's probably a tie between all the 3DS games (and gen 5) for me. All of them either have great stories (SM, BW) or amazing gameplay (ORAS, USUM).
And I like XY mostly because I somehow find it a little nostalgic, but also the clothes are awesome, and it has PR videos and Lumiose City (also the Lumiose City theme is like if you turned joy into a song). Plus, the region is really well-made.
I also liked the SV DLC. The characters were amazing.

USUM and XY. USUM for a great story and features. For XY it was kind of like a piece of art. it had many beautiful places, like @UnovanZorua great cloths and nostalgic, very interesting and unique gym, and, in my opinion, the most successful batch of new Pokémon minus aromatisse. Though I am partial to XY because it was my first pokemon game.
