Why is this game so poorly optimized on mobile?

I play unite on a galaxy s20 with a 5G data connection. However, the game frequently switches my connection to 4G in the middle of a match, which often causes my team to lose, despite no changes in nearby interference or physical location. Why is this?

I don’t think that’s a game issue, sounds more like a phone issue. I play on mobile sometimes and never had that problem. Alternatively if you really want to have a stable connection stay on wifi, especially if you play ranked.

There's no reason a modern phone wouldn't be able to handle the game.

My wifi was even less reliable with even more frequent disconnects, but I haven't tried it recently.

On my 9th gen IPad, Unite works perfectly fine.
