Technology that would be considered forbidden
There are a few pieces of technologies that would be abused by bad guys which would in turn be branded as forbidden. Time machine would be the most obvious bit of tech. The Synchro Machine is another bit of technology, interesting to see the world through the pokemon eyes but the villains would wind up abusing it in several other ways. Such as administering a bit of pokemon dna into their bodies only to weaponize themselves and so on. And if Rakua was created from Lost technology, then it's the kind that's also forbidden as well.

The "Time Machine" is implied to be a dream machine thing. The theory is that Terapogos or its crystals's power lets the machine turn dreams into reality, which is why Paradox Pokémon look so cartoonishly ancient or futuristic, and why they look so much like the Pokémon in the book instead of something that could've actually been there 10,000 years ago.
It's because that's what the professor wants to see. What they imagine that time period was like.
So if this theory is true, it's probably one of the most dangerous devices in Pokémon.
Also, Bill's machine, which he used to fuse with a Pokémon, doesn't seem safe.

The selective Pokéball locking thing in the final battle of SV. If that's usable in a non-enclosed area (theoretically possible since Ghetsis and Aether Foundation have jammers for empty ones), then villain teams could lock out any Pokéballs not belonging to them and be unstoppable.
Also basically the entire plot of Colosseum and XD.

@PinkYoshiFan All the more reason why synchro machine, Time machine, and the Pokeball Jammers are all to be branded as banned technology as villains would wind up abusing these tech for their own selfish gains.
