iOS Login Trouble

Hopefully someone can shed some light onto my problem. When logging in to the PokemonTCG Live app on iOS it logs in the account on all the apple devices. My family has other trainer club accounts but ends up getting logged out and having my account logged in. Anyone know how to prevent this?
