Android force closes

I have a Nokia c300 and every time i open the app it will randomly force close even in a match and everything is up to date please help

    Hello Trainer, I recommend you open a ticket with the support team for this instance. To do so, please visit https://support.pokemon.com/ and then click the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live link. From there click "Contact Us"

    I have a MotoE13 phone (Android) and the app is full updated but my phone continues to force close it. I have even tried deleting and re-downloding the app but nothing seems to work. Pls help
