Can't select a basic psychic energy with Fog Crystal

I've ran into a consistent issue across multiple games of not being able to select a basic psychic energy card when using Fog Crystal.

I've been trying to test a new psychic deck, but I haven't been able to get passed this bug.

I'm on PC and everything is up to date
