What happens with our Level and our Currencies after the game is fully out?

To answer my own question in case someone else is looking for an answer.

Will my progress in the limited beta be saved once Pokémon TCG Live is globally released?

Yes, Pokémon TCG Live collection data and any in-game progress made during the limited beta will be carried over to the game at global launch.
