Banette ROS 31, Stealthy Hood, and Galarian Weezing RCL
I'm trying to figure out the resolution between these cards in GLC, to determine if it would create a continuous loop of unresolved effects, or if they would resolve in a specific manner.
Player A: Dark GLC deck, has Galarian Weezing RCL in the Active Spot with Neutralizing Gas in effect.
Player B: Psychic GLC deck, has Banette ROS 31 in play, with the Tool Concealment Ability (Each Tool Card in play has no effect).
Because of Galarian Weezing's Neutralizing Gas, Banette has no Ability, so Tool cards in play have effects as normal.
Player B attaches Stealthy Hood to Banette, preventing all effects of the opponent's Abilities done to Banette. As a result, Banette's Tool Concealment Ability activates, which shuts off the effects of Tool Cards in play, including Stealthy Hood. This means the Opponent's Abilities have an effect on Banette. So, Neutralizing Gas would then shut off the effects of Tool Concealment, meaning all Tool cards in play have effects, thus restarting the loop.
At this point, would the game need to end because of this loop of effects, or is there a specific resolution? I haven't been able to find anything on this type of situation.
