Are the delta cards in the game?

I want to build my irl deck so I can test it. But I’m wondering if the delta cards are in the game, as my deck includes delta Altaria.

If your talking about delta species cards, they are not in standard format idk about expanded. Standard decks can have any card from Battle Styles to 151
