Exchanging Credits for Cards does not give the card

I just had an issue crop up when editing a deck where I would exchange credits for a card, it would spend the credits and I would get an "Exchange Successful!" message, but I would not receive the card. The credits are missing as if I had spent them, but I did not receive any new cards.
