Need some deck advice

So I feel I'm doing much better at building my deck, but I'm still having some issues as I keep loosing to those preconstructed decks. I feel I keep having bad luck with my draws every other game as well. No matter what I keep altering to my deck, it's like I keep getting too much energy or too many pokemon that I can't put out or bad draws of trainer cards. I'm also trying to avoid strategy that is always used in the preconstructed deck. I want to be different.
Any advice on cards to switch out?
