Comfey Respawn

When a Pokemon who has been knocked out respawns and is invincible, I feel as though a friendly Comfey should still be able to target them.

Currently if you respawn with or attempt to tether to your teammate, they are not targetable. It makes situations where you are trying to springjump with a teammate or defend the base a bit awkward.
