Suggestions on how to balance M2Y

I feel like any of these changes to M2Y would be fair and make the game environment much more healthy as opposed to coinflipping which m2y is better.

1. decrease the duration of his mega form
2. make the size of his ult smaller
3. decrease his auto range
4. take away his ability to teleport 2x (like why is a thing on a ranged carry?)
5. take away his healing from his shield (again why does he get built-in healing on his shield that grants move speed)

As it stands the only way to counter M2Y is literally hit him with abilities across the map because you can't be anywhere near him. Not sure how the developers thought that would be a healthy playstyle.

Make it so you have to actually got to aim
