Not being able to boss Manaphy

I used Boss's Orders and tried to select Manaphy on the bench. I was not able to select it, and it did not react in any way (no moving animations, etc.). I selected another pokemon and then tried to click at Manaphy to see the card in more detail, and still it was not clickable.

    This just happened to me.Was so upset because it ultimately caused me to lose the game.
