Could not click on Radiant Jirachi to see ability or attacks

I just finished a game where I couldn't click on my opponent's Radiant Jirachi to zoom in on it and see it's attacks, ability ect. It didn't matter if it was active or benched. My opponent also had 2 or 3 other Pokemon that I could see fine as well as my Pokemon. Jirachi had no tools or energy attached. I haven't had this problem with other Radiant Pokemon (or any Pokemon) before, but this is the first time I remember seeing Jirachi played against me. I heard about submitting a game log, but I don't know where to find it. I'm on Windows 10.
