Why am i not getting something

When PtcgO was still up and running i had alot of cards from old old sets including The Banned Hex Maniac. Now because they no longer allow it i lost my Hex and with that the CARDS and PACKS i traded for it. Why am i not getting compensation?

Cuz it’s Pokémon also pro only because the card is banned

I have tried that but the cards i had arent there:/ it really sucks that i traded alot of good stuff for them just for them to be deleted

Either you're doing something wrong, or you lost them via a glitch and should contact support instead of expecting them to somehow know that you lost something and compensate you. I'm thinking the former and that you set the wrong "all." Can you share a screenshot?
