Is Flying Pikachu strong paired with Arc/Tina?

I used to think that it was a weird idea to play a two-hit stall kind of Pokémon like flying Pikachu in a fairly aggressive deck like arc/tina. But I have been playing it recently and found that it kind of helps out the deck in specific matchups. Like against Ting-Lu ex, or against Chien-Pao ex, or Lost Box. Being able to prevent damage from basic Pokémon is incredibly powerful, and I like having that option in my deck. So tell me what you think about this decklist, and why or why not you think it's strong enough to win games.

That deck looks awesome! I hadn’t thought about playing Pika in Arc-Tina before, but it seems like a strong move that your opponent won’t be expecting!

Yeah, I played lost box the other day, and somehow lost. I won the first match, but only barely, because he ran out of resources. Then I lost the next two games. Pikachu is weak to electric, so if I'm playing against lost box, then he'll just set up a Raikou V and escape/Boss my Pikachu. Pikachu really thrives against lost box decks that don't play boss, though. And it also helps against Chien-Pao, which generally likes to play Irida or Iono every turn and can't find Boss/escape rope on demand.
