How Burning Darkness damage works

So, Burning Darkness from Charizard Ex (tera) supposedly hits for 180 and an additional 30 for each prize card the opponent has taken. The actual description is:

”Burning Darkness 180+”

”This attack does 30 more damage for each prize card your opponent has taken.”

However, considering getting your 6 prize cards equals defeat, the maximum amount of damage would be 180 + (30x5) right? 330.

Somehow though, in my latest game I got a total of 600 damage (?) is there something I’m missing?

If your opponent took 4 prize cards, you’d do 300 damage, and they might’ve had a weakness to Charizard ex but not any other of the Pokémon in your deck because Charizard ex is dark while the rest of your deck would be fire.

So if it was a Mew VMAX or Gardevoir ex that would explain it.
