Using wild pokemon item on panic parade

It is bugging to use. I try to use and it wont go, press the button and nothing, then i have to take a gift and lose the wild pokemon item but that affects the team's progress a lot. Also make it clearer to the other users thar dont know what it is or how it works, i am already familiar but teammates waste resourses all the time
