Is the Super Rod from Neo Genesis now legal since the errata?

I'm seeing come conflicting info about this. I see that it is on the list of Standard legal reprints, but when I go to the page with the errata, it says for Super Rod that it is a major change compared to the Neo version. I know that when the rules updated to get rid of reference cards, the cards that needed them were listed as being a major change in the legal reprint list, and then eventually removed from it.

Should the Neo Super Rod be treated as a major change from the current one and not legal, or was that just saying that it was different from the current one but should still be considered to have errata?

Like you were saying, Neo Genesis Super Rod is listed as a “major change” under the official Pokémon errata document:

    https://assets.pokemon.com//assets/cms2/pdf/trading-card-game/tcg-errata-06232023-en.pdf

    Super Rod

Shuffle up to 3 in any combination of Pokémon and Basic Energy cards from your discard pile into your deck.

Changes: Now the text says “up to 3” which means the player can choose 1, 2, or 3 cards. Major change compared to the Super Rod from Neo Genesis (103/111).

However, because it is in the official Pokémon errata document, I’m pretty sure that means that it is legal for standard play, the major change passage is just there to clarify what the that it’s not the same text as other older Super Rods that have errata.
