Why Can't I use my Zacian Battle Pass Purple Holowear in battling?

I can't use my Purple Holowear of Zacian in battles. Please Help! Thank you!

This may be a bug on your end or affecting many people in your region. The battlepass holowear for Zacian is relatively new so it just might have happened because it is recent. The bug should be fixed soon however and you should be able to use the holowear when so.
