My Plus + Pikachu is still level 1

Hello, I wanna ask about why my Pukachu dont leveling. I have Pokemon Go Plus + and I sending data of sleep every morning, but in stats I still have 0h and 0m of sleep, but in research always have 4-7h of sleep. Is it known issue or I do something wrong?

I have the Plus + myself but have not encountered this problem. Do you have it connected in your Bluetooth settings on your mobile device? I know sometimes I have to make sure I connect it there before it even connects to sync sleep data. You could also try removing the device from the game and re-pair it. There is also a small reset button on the back of the device. Push that and the top button until you feel the vibration. Hope one of these helps!
