Code Redeem costing me a lot of packs

I should of reported this some time ago, but almost everytime when I go to redeem codes, the game bugs out and goes to the menu where I can see what I receive but I always receive nothing. I go to attempt to redeem the codes again and it says they are used. I have lost a lot of codes due to this now and I am struggling to build decks that I would like to test on here.
