How far the Miltank "Miracle Body" ability works?

Hi,

I have a doubt about the new Miltank ability as to how far it works against Pokemon V (mainly against the Mew Vmax/Genesect decks).

Is the Mew Vmax attack "Max Miracle" able to attack Miltank? This attack says that ignores effects on the adversary's pokemon, but not abilities.

And using the "Cross Fusion Strike" with Meloetta/Latios/Latias? Is still considered as a Vmax attack since it's Mew attacking, or it's considered as the non-V Pokemons attacking?

And are there any other Pokémon V attacks or abilities that would ignore Miltank "Miracle Body"?

max miracle works with cross fs but you couldnt use meloetta or genesects attack only that max miracle attack
