Path to the Peak did not prevent Dialga VStar's ability

As the title says: My opponent just managed to use a VStar ability while I had Path to the Peak in play. Please fix this bug.

    It's not a bug. Origin Forme Dialga VSTAR's VSTAR Power is an attack, not an ability. Path doesn't interact with it. Some VSTAR Powers are abilities and some are attacks.

    Are you kidding me? Dialga v star has an Attack v star, not ability, so even if there Is Path to the peak in play, he can use his v star Attack...

    Before open new topic you have to know rules to prevent useless post, not everything Is a bug
