Duraludon VMAX bug ?

I just played Duraludon VMAX against a Mew VMAX with attached DTE and also another one with Fusion Strike energy and both Mew VMAX were able to hit me. That seems like a bug ?

    Not a bug if they used Mew VMax "Max Miracle" attack, this attack’s damage isn’t affected by any effects on your opponent’s Active Pokémon, so this attack can damage Duraludon VMAX even with special energy attached.
