My son has recently bought a box including zacian v swsh292, however it is regulation mark d. Can anyone let me know if it is still legal for play following rotation? Thanks

It is not legal for standard play. You can play it in Expanded, but that's it.

Anything D regulation and earlier are expanded, E and on are standard

No, you can't play it on Standard now, in TCG Live you can only play it in Expanded.
