I know some cards below black and white don't transfers but some of Primal clash is missing like Dive Ball it one of the cards I use in most my expanded decks. When will that be available?

You still have the cards. They just aren't playable in the game yet. For now, Expanded in this game is Sun and Moon-on. That won't change until at least next spring, but probably several years.
